Jordan has experience developing and executing public affairs and paid media campaigns for Presidents, candidates, corporations, issue-advocacy groups and political action committees. He served in the Biden White House as Special Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff to the Senior Advisor to the President, a senior role involved in messaging and communications around major initiatives — including the President’s reelection campaign launch. Before that, he served in a senior role on the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign’s paid media team, helping to oversee a team of 70 tasked with the messaging and strategy for a billion-dollar advertising program. President Biden’s closest aides have said Jordan “demonstrated political aptitude and skill beyond his years”, and called him “as close to indispensable as any person I have ever worked with”.
His previous experience includes working at SKDK, one of the top public affairs firms in the nation, on Capitol Hill, and at startups in Silicon Valley. In the 2016 election cycle, he spearheaded multi-faceted media campaigns to end campus sexual assault and relationship violence on college campuses, and led efforts to increase millennial engagement. In 2018, he worked on the media strategy for congressional and statewide races, as well as third-party and independent expenditure programs.
Originally from just outside D.C., Jordan graduated from Washington University in St. Louis where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in communication design.
